Super-Secretaire.com Prometis daily updating Super-Secretaire.com was first a community portal for secretaries before a resource site for anyone who desire assistant services. The site keeps his community's aspect but it became an employment platform dedicated to secretaries. Publishing new content, archiving and response to users emails, preparing emailing, graphic design, animating forums and publishing new parts or services in collaboration with technical team were my daily responsibilities on this site. I've been engaged to increase the page viewed. For this, we have redesign the general home page and several rubrics (the day this version was put on line, we doubled the number of pages viewed instantly) and I put on the homepage the most significant threads of the forums (the page viewed also doubled overnight). The forums had to be deeply changed for a more ergonomic use, but we didn't have enough time to plan this with the developers' team.
